Consumer-Facing Rules

Organizer

This promotion ("Hongbao Office") is organized by trisAino ("Organizer").

Platforms

  • This promotion runs on TikTok and Instagram only.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram.

Promotion Period

Eligibility

  • Must be 18+ to win.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • No purchase necessary.

Golden Hongbao additional eligibility:

To enter Golden Hongbao, the posting account must:

  • Be publicly viewable
  • Be following @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok) at the time of winner selection and at the time of payout
  • Meet at least one of the following:
    • Have 10 or more followers as of the date of entry; or
    • Be 30 days or older as of the date of entry

How to Enter

A) Regular Hongbao (Daily)

To enter Regular Hongbao each day:

  1. Follow @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok)
  2. Comment on that day's official "Hongbao Drop" post on TikTok or Instagram

Notes: Comments must be made on the daily "Hongbao Drop" post to be eligible. Multiple comments are allowed; however, only one entry per person per day will be counted.

B) Golden Hongbao (Daily)

To enter Golden Hongbao each day:

  1. Follow @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok)
  2. Use trisAino to generate a China itinerary, then log in to access the itinerary share link
  3. Send a DM to @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok) that includes your itinerary share link
  4. Post on TikTok or Instagram (any format) and include all of the following:
    • Tag @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok)
    • Include the hashtags #trisAino #ChineseNewYear #RedEnvelope
    • Ensure the post relates to China travel, trip planning, hongbao, or itineraries

Notes: The share link does not need to be posted publicly. A DM is sufficient. Spam, irrelevant, misleading, or low-quality entries may be disqualified at the Organizer's discretion.

C) UGC Bonus (End of Campaign)

During the Campaign Period, participants may post a funny or interesting China-related travel moment on TikTok or Instagram, tag @trisainotravel (IG) or @trisaino_official (TikTok), and use the required hashtags.

At the end of the campaign, three (3) posts will be selected as UGC Bonus winners.

Prizes

Regular Hongbao

  • 20 winners per day
  • US$5 per winner

Golden Hongbao

  • 4 winners per day
    • 1 Top Likes winner: US$100
    • 3 Lucky Draw winners: US$50 each

IG fairness rule: If Instagram has qualified Golden entries that day, at least one Golden winner will be selected from Instagram.

UGC Bonus

  • 3 winners total
  • US$100 per winner
  • Winners announced on March 2

Winner Limits (Cap)

A maximum of US$200 total may be won per person during the entire campaign.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be announced daily at 9:00pm SGT (GMT+8) on trisAino's official TikTok/Instagram.
  • Winners may also be contacted via DM.
  • To receive the prize, winners must provide payout details.

Prize Delivery (Payout)

Winners may choose one of the following payout methods:

  • PayPal (USD), or
  • Digital gift card of equivalent value:
    • Amazon (typically for US/EU)
    • Shopee (typically for SEA)

If neither option is feasible for a winner, an alternate winner may be selected.

Payout timing: Organizer aims to send prizes within 48 hours after receiving complete payout details.

Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified if they:

  • violate platform rules or local laws
  • include hate, harassment, illegal content, or unsafe behavior
  • are spam, bots, or fake accounts
  • use misleading tags or impersonation
  • are not publicly viewable for Golden eligibility
  • do not meet the requirements listed above

Privacy

Organizer may collect and use the following for promotion administration:

  • social media handle
  • DM'd itinerary share link
  • post links (if shared)

This information is used for verification, payout, and campaign analysis, and retained for up to 12 months. Organizer does not sell personal data.

Organizer Rights

Organizer reserves the right to:

  • verify eligibility
  • disqualify entries that violate rules
  • adjust winner selection if necessary to ensure fairness and compliance
  • modify or cancel the promotion due to fraud, technical failures, or other issues beyond Organizer's control
